Beta service. InvestorBite is free while in beta and is provided as-is, without warranties. Features may change, and paid tiers may be introduced later — anything you were using for free will be clearly marked before it ever becomes paid.
Your listings. You are responsible for the accuracy of every deal you publish — address, numbers, photos, and your authority to market the property. Do not list a property you do not have under contract or otherwise have the right to market.
How platform data is used. When a buyer signs up to view a listing, his/her contact details are shared with the wholesaler who published that listing and retained by InvestorBite to operate and improve the platform, including maintaining a directory of active buyers used across the service. Activity on the platform (views, offers, and — when call features ship — call recordings, which will carry their own consent notices) is likewise used to operate and improve the service. If you do not want your information used this way, do not sign up.
Conduct.No fake listings, no misrepresented numbers, no harvesting other users' data, and no unlawful marketing through the platform.
